Teamlead Material Planning (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION
•Ensuring availability of raw and packaging materials at the right time, in the right quantity and quality (OTIF) with your team
•Optimization of the Operating Free Cash Flow by optimizing the R&P stock level. Contribute to stock targets by balancing safety stocks, stocks by demand and Order quantities (DOH)
•Implementation of new ways of working to lift efficiencies and reduce manual tasks that can be automated or provide better insights by interpreting large amount of data
•Development of Teammembers (incl. development plans, proximity leadership)
•Best practices sharing within the CBU amongst factories and with other CBUs
•Support material and product related projects to ensure fluent execution and risk management from the beginning

YOUR COMPETENCIES
•Master/Bachelor degree in Logistic or Supply Chain Management
•At least 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain functions
•Curiosity and desire to learn and lead in an agile working environment
•Distinct analytical skills, capable to clarify complex situations, build scenarios and facilitate decision making processes
•Excellent Excel skills, PowerBI skills are preferred
•Experience with ERP systems, SAP/APO preferred
•Fluent in English preferred
•Fluent in German (C1-Niveau preferred)
